Our products are mostly curated from a very long (at times, random) list from China vendors and therefore, may take a few weeks to reach you. If you have yet to receive your order after four weeks, please kindly get in touch with us.

Please note that we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund or return shipping fees.

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.
We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
